Island Terrace has been a skilled nursing home since 1957. We provide 24-hour care for people who can no longer live at home or independently, and who require 24-hour nursing every day. This is not an Alzheimer facility. The Tolles Family owns & operates Island Terrace, and lives here.

$278 for Private Room, Shared Bath

$209 for Multi-Bed Room
You may pay to upgrade to a private room and not lose your insurance.
We accept Medicare and Medicaid. Some private insurances are also accepted.
We do not accept HMO plans.
